The Group Mailing service is offered by Campus France USA to facilitate application review for groups of students within study abroad or exchange programs. This service reduces the review time from 3-weeks to 5-7 business days for students who are part of the Group Mailing.

A representative from a US college, university, or study abroad organization may submit this Group Mailing request to Campus France USA.

Program Directors and Advisors must ensure that students’ Etudes en France applications are complete and that application fees are paid prior to submitting this Group Mailing request.

Campus France USA will then ensure that student applications are reviewed within 5-7 business days of receiving this Group Mailing submission. The regular review fee of $250 applies for students part of a Group Mailing.

As the Program Director or Advisor, I certify that I have checked the Etudes en France application of each student on the list and have ensured its completion and submission.

I certify that I have verified that each student on the list has paid the $250 Etudes en France/Campus France USA application fee.

I understand that each Group Mailing List must include a minimum of 5 students, and that I can submit multiple Group Mailing batches if needed.

I certify that I will upload below a complete list of my students, that includes their First Name, Last Name, and Etudes en France Dossier Number (USXX-XXXXX).

I understand that student applications, if complete, will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of my submission of this Group Mailing list, and that incomplete student applications or unpaid application fees may delay review time.

I allow Campus France USA to contact me regarding the Etudes en France applications of students on the list.
